There are three airports within a one hour drive from Villa Altrove. The closest one is Malpensa, the largest international airport in northern Italy. Nearly as close are Linate, which is closest to the city of Milan, and Lugano in Switzerland.
In the case of flying into Bergamo airport, the villa is a one and a half hour drive away.
By boat
Villa Altrove is best reached by boat with private boat service on request. Pick up and drop off can be arranged at various locations along the lake.
Alternatively, the villa is also easily reached with the ferry via the Pognana Lario ferry terminal, which is located just one minute from the villa.
By car
Just a 20 minute drive away from Como and half an hour from Bellagio, Villa Altrove offers a private garage located about 350 meters away from the villa by pedestrian stairway.
As the villa is one of few properties along the lake that can only be accessed on foot or via the water, we recommend to opt for a transfer by taxi or boat.
